Our Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. Here are our flexible cancellation policies to accommodate your needs.

Standard Booking (Regular Dates)

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours (3 days) before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made between 72-48 hours will incur 50% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur full booking amount.

Peak Season & Special Events

Peak Season Policy
  • Peak Season includes: December-January, Long Weekends, Festival Periods, and Local Events.
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to check-in.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 to 3 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in.

No Show & Early Departure

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  • Early check-out or shortened stays are non-refundable.
  • In case of emergencies, please contact us immediately - we'll try our best to assist.

Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Modification Policy

  • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • Modifications made more than 5 days before check-in are free of charge.
  • Last-minute modifications may incur additional fees.
  • Name changes on bookings are not permitted.
