Important guidelines and policies for a pleasant stay at Coastal Echoes Inn

Check-in & Check-out

●Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM onwards
●Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM
●Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Guest & Occupancy Policy

●Maximum occupancy per Standard Room: 2 adults
●Maximum occupancy per Deluxe Room: 2 adults + 1 child (below 6 years)
●Children below 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.
●Additional guests may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

Identification Requirement

●All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver's License).
●Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
●Couples may be required to show proof of marriage as per local regulations.

Smoking Policy

●Coastal Echoes Inn is a smoke-free property.
●Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the rooms or common areas.
●Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.

Pet Policy

●Pets are not allowed on the property.

Visitor Policy

●Visitors are allowed in guest rooms between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM only.
●All visitors must register at the front desk with valid ID proof.
●Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval and additional charges.

General Conduct

●Please maintain silence after 10:00 PM to respect other guests.
●Any damage to property will be charged to the guest's account.
●The management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate inn policies.
●Commercial activities are not permitted on the premises.
